Please be advised that the undersigned property owner has made application to the Monrovia Plan Commission requesting a rezone from LI to GI and UDO amendment case ZA 26-03 and UDO 26-04.
This proposed property is in the Town of Monrovia, Indiana planning area, at the southeast quadrant of N SR 39 and Keller Hill Road in the Northeast Quarter and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section One, Township Thirteen North, Range One West of the Second Principal Meridian.
A copy of this application, legal description, and all plans pertaining to this proposed use are on file and available for examination prior to the public hearing in the office of the Plan Commission at the Monrovia Government Center located at 60 S. Marley Way, Monrovia, Indiana 46157, during the hours 8:00-2:30p, Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs.
Written objections to a proposal may be filed with the Plan Administrator within ten (10) days after the receipt of this letter at the above address and such objections will be considered.
The Monrovia Plan Commission will hold a public hearing in the Monrovia Government Center located at 60 S. Marley Way, Monrovia, Indiana 46157 on April 14, 2026 at 6:30pm.
