Public Notification for Flood Hazard Revisions The Palm Beach County Building Division in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program hereby gives notice of Greene Apartment's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located on the east side of Congress Avenue between Okeechobee Blvd. and Belvedere Road. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along the east side of Congress Avenue from a point 1,600 feet south of Okeechobee Blvd to a point 2,050 feet south of Okeechobee Blvd. along the L-2 Canal extension, approximately 450 feet of frontage along Congress Avenue. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations will increase, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall increase and decrease within the area of revision.
