Notice is hereby given that The Storage Barn Self Storage, located at 1795 The Exchange North, Prattville, AL 36066, intends to sell personal property to enforce a lien imposed on said property under the Alabama Self-Service Storage Facilities Act. The Storage Barn will sell the property by public sale beginning on 12/19/2025, at 4:00 p.m. and ending on January, 12, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. with bidding to take place online at storageauctions.com. The property to be sold is identified as: Mae Rogers, Unit #115A; Cassidy Chavis, Unit # 202B; and Markeya Evans, Unit #207A. All property is sold "AS IS, WHERE-IS" on a cash only basis and items must be removed within 72 hours from sale. $100 cash cleaning deposit is required, and no dumpster use on property is allowed.
