Public Shade Tree Hearing NOTICE In accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 87 Section 3, a public hearing will be held on April 7th 2026 at 3PM at the Department of Public Works, located at 75 West Street, Natick Massachusetts regarding the removal of one Public Shade Tree in the vicinity of 9 Lincoln Street Extension measuring a total of forty-eight inches diameter breast height, consisting of Silver Maple in Natick Massachusetts. The petitioner is the property owner for the purpose of home improvement and construction. All interested parties are invited to attend. The purpose of the meeting is for public comment. Attendance is not required and letters for the record in lieu of attendance may be addressed and sent to the Natick Tree Warden, 75 West Street Natick MA 01760.
