Public notice TOWNSHIP OF WOODBRIDGE Notice is hereby given, for purpose of hearing objections, that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Woodbridge on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Building, #1 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ, for variances 150-29C(1)(a)[11] maximum percentage of impervious coverage 40%, proposed 57%, 150-29C(1)(b)[1] minimum side and rear setback shall be 4 ft., proposed 2.5 ft. and 3 ft., and any other relief as deemed necessary by the Board from the requirements of the Land Use and Development Ordinance of the Township of Woodbridge regarding property at 17 Hanson Avenue, Fords, New Jersey, also known as Block 159, Lot 61, Zone R-6 on the Woodbridge Township Tax Map.
