Public notice of zoning board adjustment for SBHS Township
Take notice that Gessenia Peralta has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of South Brunswick for approval for a bulk (C1) variance to retain a previously installed 10' x 20' shed two (2) feet from the side yard property line on a 11,300 sq. Ft. Lot in the R-4 zone,on property shown as Block (155.01).
Lot(#1) on the South Brunswick Township current tax map duplicate. Said property is also commonly known as (632 Ridge Road Monmouth Junction,08852).
A public hearing on said application will be held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on (October 16,2025) at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey 08852, at which time any interested person may be heard concerning said application.
A copy of the maps and documents for which approval is sought is on file in the office of the above Board for public inspection during regular business hours (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) Monday
through Friday, except holidays.
