ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been filed with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of West Milford, County of Passaic, State of New Jersey by Agustin Shabaj for bulk variance relief for property located at 127 Schofield Road, West Milford, New Jersey, also known as Block 10502, Lot 3, located in the LR Zone.
The applicant seeks variance relief related to existing and proposed improvements including decks and a swimming pool which do not comply with the zoning requirements for setbacks and other bulk standards of the Township of West Milford Land Use Ordinance.
The variances requested include, but may not be limited to, relief from required side yard setbacks, rear yard setbacks, rear yard coverage limitations, front deck restrictions, pool setbacks from property lines and buildings, fencing requirements around the pool, and distance to other structures.
A public hearing on this matter has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. before the West Milford Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 1480 Union Valley Road, West Milford, New Jersey 07480.
All interested parties may appear at the hearing and be heard regarding this application. The application and related documents are on file and may be inspected at the West Milford Planning Department, 1480 Union Valley Road, West Milford, NJ during normal business hours, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
