The real property which is the subject of this Complaint is described as follows: "65 FT N & S X 198 FT E & W BEG 280.2 FT S OF NE COR IN LOT 4 SCHROEDERS 3RD SUBN LESS TO ST; PARCEL NO. 707-85" LOCATED IN FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI Defendants other than you in this action are Hinds County, Mississippi, Lynn Fitch in her capacity as Attorney General for the State of Mississippi, and Jody E. Owens, II, in his capacity as District Attorney for Hinds County, Mississippi. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Jon J.
