Publication of Notice of Hearing On the petition of Michael Bowman on behalf of Cadles of West Virginia LLC, assignee of Comerica Bank, requesting that John M. Chase III (P48654) be appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Lancealott T. E. Holland who died intestate on October 27, 2025 and that there be a determination of heirs. Creditors of the deceased are notified that all claims against the estate will be forever barred unless presented to the personal representative or to both the probate court and the proposed personal representative within 4 months of the date of publication of this notice. Notice is further given that the estate will then be assigned to entitled persons appearing of record. All hearings are being held in person; however, if in-person attendance has not specifically been required, virtual attendance is permitted via Zoom.
