Publishing Notice - Variance Application Case No: 10-2025 Please take notice that Monica & Carlos Triana have applied to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Rutherford for a variance/s from the following provision/s within the Zoning Code and any other variances that may become evident during the course of the hearing. Set-back side yard, current code is 5 feet and we are proposing 3 1/2 feet to meet with already existing structure which is 3 1/2 feet, so as to permit the construction of an extension of the current structure to extend the kitchen and second floor.
