Please take notice that Monica & Carlos Triana have applied to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Rutherford for a variance/s from the following provision/s within the Zoning Code and any other variances that may become evident during the course of the hearing. Set-back side yard, current code is 5 feet and we are proposing 3 1/2 feet to meet with already existing structure which is 3 1/2 feet, so as to permit the construction of an extension of the current structure to extend the kitchen and second floor. Extension will be in the location of the current deck. On the premises known as: 30 West Passaic Avenue, Block 61 Lot 11, which property is within R1 Zone. The Board of Adjustment will hear this appeal at 6:00pm on September 16, 2025, on the 2nd floor of Borough Hall, 176 Park Avenue, Rutherford, New Jersey at which time members of the public may appear either in person of by attorney, and present any objection or evidence relating to this appeal. Documents relating to this application may be reviewed by the public by appointment.
