Publishing Notice Variance Application
Please take notice that Sebastian Perez of 291 Feronia Way has applied to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Rutherford for variances from the following provisions within the zoning Code and any other variances that may become evident during the course of the hearing...a side yard variance (5ft is required and 4'-4" is existing), a combined side yard variance (15ft is required and 12ft is existing), a front yard variance (20ft is required & 16 ft is existing),
and a impervious coverage variance (25% is maximum & 27.6% is existing)
so as to permit the construction of a new second story addition
On the premises known as 291 Feronia Way, block 158, lot 14 which propety is within a R-1 zone. The board of Adjustment will hear this appeal at 7:00pm
on November 17, 2025, on the 2nd. floor of the Borough Hall, 176 Park Avenue,
Rutherford, New Jersey at which time members of the public may appear in person or by attorney, and present any objection or evidence relating to this appeal. Documents relating to thie application may be reviewed by the public by appointment.
