Pump Station Repairs
Sealed bids for the Pump Station Repairs 2026 Project., will be received by the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District (hereinafter called the "District") at the Spartanburg Water Lab Services Building, 297 South Avenue, Spartanburg, South Carolina, until 2:00 p.m., August 5, 2026. At that time and place, bids will be opened and the amount of each bid, together with the name of each bidder, shall be announced.
A satisfactory Bid Bond provided by an acceptable surety (or the cash equivalent) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. Performance and payment bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. The bonds must be secured by cash or must be issued by a surety company licensed in the State of South Carolina with an "A" minimum rating of performance as stated in the most current publication of "Best Key Rating Guide, Property Liability." Certificates of insurance naming the District as an additional insured and with limits as noted in the bid documents will be required. Contractors submitting bids shall be properly licensed in the State of South Carolina to bid and perform the work on which the bid is submitted at the date of the bid.
