RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lamaj Plaza LLC has filed a Minor Site Plan, Variance Approval – C, application with the Randolph Township Planning Board on the premises known as 1171 Sussex Turnpike, Tax Map Block 120 Lot 16.01 Randolph, NJ.
Applicant currently consists of Verona Restaurant, Parche Colombian Café, Kids Café and one (1) vacant unit. The Applicant proposes to redesign the front of the building adding some posts and a front entrance vestibule to the Verona Restaurant and to cover the outdoor eating area of the Verona Restaurant. Applicant also proposes to create a more aesthetically pleasing signage over each particular business owner's unit.
Applicant will be seeking variance relief under NJSA 40:55D-70c(1) for a minimum of side year set back where 20 ft is required and Applicant currently has 7.16 ft; and additional floor area for 3x7 ft., and any other variances which may be required.
A hearing on this application has been set by the Planning Board on January 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM, in the Municipal Building, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ, at which time you or any interested party, as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4, may appear and be heard either in person or by agent or attorney at the hearing of this appeal. Copies of the documents submitted with the application are on file at the above-stated Municipal Building for public inspection between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
