The Board will hear from Amy Wells, owner of 6766 Peck Rd., Ravenna, Ohio 44266 requesting a variance for location of new garage; The Board will hear from Howard Booher, owner of 6570 Red Brush Rd., Ravenna, Ohio 44266 requesting a variance for acreage to replat the lot; The Board will hear from Jake Daniels, owner of 6797 Wall St., Ravenna, Ohio 44266 requesting conditional use of residential lot to commercial use.
