Public Hearing Notification
The Ravenna Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold five public hearings on October 8, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Township Meeting Room 6145 Spring St., Ravenna, Ohio 44266. The Board will hear from Amy Wells, owner of 6766 Peck Rd., Ravenna, Ohio 44266 requesting a variance for location of new garage; The Board will hear from Howard Booher, owner of 6570 Red Brush Rd., Ravenna, Ohio 44266 requesting a variance on acreage to replat the lot; The Board will hear from Jake Daniels, owner of 6797 Wall St., Ravenna, Ohio 44266 requesting conditional use of residential lot for commercial use. The Board will hear from Tyler Turner, potential buyer of 2588 Summit Rd. requesting conditional use of a residential lot for commercial use. The Board will hear from Toni and Scott Powers requesting conditional use for a propane loading outpost at 7231 SR 14.
