REQUEST FOR BIDS FIRE DISTRICT CLEANER BREWSTER-SOUTHEAST JOINT FIRE DISTRICT NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Brewster-Southeast Joint Fire District will receive bids on the following until 5:00pm on February 10, 2026, at the Lt. Michael E. Neuner Fire Headquarters, 501 North Main Street, Brewster, New York 10509: BID NOTICE FOR CLEANING COMPANY All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 7:00pm or as soon thereafter as possible at the Lt. Michael E. Neuner Fire Headquarters, 501 North Main Street, Brewster, New York 10509. It is intended that bids will be awarded at that meeting. Site visits inquiries and bids can be directed to Donald Goodwin, the Treasurer of the Brewster-Southeast Joint Fire District, at DGoodwin@brewsterfiredepartment.org. All bids must be accompanied by a non-collusion bid certificate executed pursuant to section 103 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, which certificate shall be included with the bids. A copy of said certificate can be found on the Fire District's website. The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Brewster-Southeast Joint Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids offered.
