REQUEST FOR BIDS

REQUEST FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the H. Fletcher Brown Boys and Girls Club Exterior Renovations will be received, by BPGS Construction, LLC at 1000 N. West Street STE 850 Wilmington, DE 19801, until 3:00 PM local time on October 17th, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read in a private setting. Construction is targeted to begin in November, 2025 and not before. The project consists of removing and replacing concrete pavers and asphalt at the building entrance, removing and replacing trench drain and downspout at entrance, new waterproofing and concrete at building entrance, new pedestal paver system at building entrance, repair to existing brick retaining wall and steel flue, new concrete sidewalk to wrap building and new stairs/landing. The required work hours will be from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on lump sum basis per each scope package, contractors will have the ability to bid on multiple scopes of work using the project bid summary sheet. Bid envelopes to be clearly marked "Sealed bid – H. Fletcher Brown Boys and Girls Club Exterior Renovation" The issuing office of the Bidding Documents is: BPGS Construction LLC at 1000 N. West Street Wilmington, DE 19801. To obtain Bidding Documents or for questions, contact Nick Ladd at nladd@bpgsconstruction.com. Bidding Documents will be available beginning September 29th, 2025. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered as the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner, General Contractor, or Engineer will be responsible for full or partial set of Bidding Documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
