REQUEST FOR BIDS The Madison Township Board of Supervisors will accept sealed bids for the paving project at the Madison Township Municipal Building office, 3200 Madisonville Road, Madison Township, until 9:00 AM, Monday, June 1, 2026 to be received by 9:00 AM, opened and read at 6:00 PM to be acted upon at the regular monthly meeting at 7:00 PM for the following: Paving using 9.5MM, leveling course and wearing course overlay, and 2A subbase shoulder back up on Bloomington Rd, approximately 5,280 LF; Paving using 2" depth, full width paver laid patches on Bloomington Road and Little League Road, totalling approximately 2,500 LF. All work must be in accordance with PennDOT Specifications 408. Proposals must be upon the forms provided by the municipality. Prevailing wage rate applies. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Madison Township. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bidders must contact Madison Township Roadmaster to procure required bid documents and forms and to arrange for mandatory inspection of the road sites proposed for this project by calling 570-840-0838.
