REQUEST FOR FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR PARCEL 2026-44 TO REGIONAL COMMERCIAL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City Council of the City of Bondurant will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 1st, 2026, in the Bondurant City Center at 106 2nd Street NE, Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa, to hear a request to amend the Future Land Use Map for Parcel 2026-44 to Regional Commercial, property further described as follows:
A PART OF PARCEL '2023-44', AS FILED ON DECEMBER 11, 2023, AND RECORDED IN BOOK 19672 PAGE 833 OF THE POLK COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE, AND A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER, ALL IN SECTION 32 TOWNSHIP 80 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M., CITY OF BONDURANT, POLK COUNTY, IOWA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
