REQUEST FOR LETTER'S OF INTEREST The City of Mount Holly, NC (The City) is soliciting responses (LETTERS of INTEREST, or LOIs) for the services of a firm/team to provide design, permit, and construction administration services for the Tuckaseege Road Sidewalk Project. All information related to this solicitation will be posted to the Internet at www.mtholly.us. The RFLOI is accessible electronically on the Internet at www.mtholly.us. The deadline for submission of Statements of Qualifications is July 29, 2026 by 10:00 AM (EST) via email to (elizabeth.bell@mtholly.us). The City reserves the right to reject any offer for failure to comply with all requirements of this notice or of any of the contract documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion.
