REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NOTICE FOR CENTRAL AVENUE SID (CASID) Central Avenue Special Improvement District (CASID)Jersey City, New Jersey NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Central Avenue Special Improvement District (CASID) is soliciting Proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for: Sanitation and Janitorial Services The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: Daily sidewalk sweeping and litter removal, daily trash collection & disposal, as-needed power washing, weekly street furniture cleaning, as-needed seasonal services, and other maintenance tasks Monitoring, documenting, and reporting of illegal dumping, coordination with CASID and Jersey City Division of Sanitation schedules Full specifications, proposal requirements, and submission instructions are contained in the official RFP Package, available beginning November 17, 2025 at: www.jcheights.com, https://jcheights.com/news/request-for-proposal-rfp-notice-2/ or by requesting a copy via email at CASID@JCHeights.com.
