REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) REHABILITATION SPECIALIST/LEAD RISK ASSESSOR The Licking County Board of Commissioners, through the Department of Planning and Development, is accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Rehabilitation Specialist/Lead Risk Assessor services for the Program Year 2025 Community Housing Impact and Preservation (CHIP) Program and related grant-funded housing rehabilitation programs. Services include property inspections, lead risk assessments and clearances, environmental reviews, work specifications, construction inspections, project oversight, contractor coordination, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including CDBG, HOME, and CHIP requirements. The contract term is anticipated to run through April 30, 2028, subject to funding and program requirements. Proposal packets are available from the Licking County Department of Planning and Development.
