REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Board of Water Commissioners for the Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire District invites sealed proposals for "Property Lease for the Installation of Telecommunications Apparatus" (COMM-2026-W-01) until 3:00 P.M. on MARCH 26, 2026, at the Water Department Office, 1138 Main Street (mailing address: P.O. Box 369), Osterville, MA 02655, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Request for Proposals shall be for a lease of 6400 square feet of certain District owned property land area located off 1138 Main Street in Osterville, Barnstable, MA for the installation of a low visible monopole tower for use as a hosting facility for cellular/wireless communication facilities and to install, operate and maintain related equipment. The lease shall be for terms of up to ten years. A copy of the RFP documents may be obtained from the Water Department Office 508-428-6691 or email request to ccrocker@commfiredistrict.com. The Board of Water Commissioner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, if it is in the best interest of the District to do so.
