REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SOUTHERN STANDARD CONSTRUCTION (CGC1526318), the Design Builder for the FSU NHMFL Switchgear & Dynamic VAR System Replacement project will be accepting sealed proposals from pre-approved firms for services relating to: 26C- MEDIUM VOLTAGE COMPACT METAL-ENCLOSED SWITCHGEAR DOCUMENTS: Electronic documents will be provided via ProCore or email and are available upon request from Southern Standard Construction beginning March 20, 2026. Contact Information: Vanessa Anderson (email: vanderson@southernstandard.cc). All respondents must be pre-approved prior to providing a response to this Request for Proposal. Firm requiring pre-approval to request information via email to vanderson@southernstandard.cc. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required for all proposals over $100,000. RFP REQUIREMENTS: All responses shall be submitted in accordance with the RFP Instructions per the Project Requirements manual. RESPONSE DUE DATE: Responses to the RFP will be due April 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Sealed responses to be delivered to Southern Standard Construction Attn: Vanessa Anderson, 3233 Thomasville Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308. Late responses will not be accepted.
