REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Great Falls Park and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide beverage distribution, vending services, and related sponsorship support for City parks, recreation facilities, aquatic facilities, and future expansion sites. The selected vendor will provide, install, maintain, and service beverage and snack vending equipment and support City recreation programs through service, sponsorships, cash commitment, and marketing partnerships. The detailed Beverage/Vending Service and Sponsorship documents containing the proposal may be examined or obtained at the office of Park and Recreation Department, 1700 River Drive North, Great Falls, MT 59401, or online at: https://greatfallsmt.gov/bids. Proposal responses must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. (MST), June 3, 2026, to the attention of the City Clerk, Civic Center Room 204, 2 Park Drive South, Great Falls, MT 59401, or P.O. Box 5021, Great Falls, MT 59403, The City reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all proposals, and, if all proposals are rejected, to re-issue Request For Proposals under the same or new specifications, or to make such an award as in the City's judgement best meets Park and Recreation's needs and requirements.
