BID DOCUMENTS: Copies of the Request for Proposals Guidelines must be obtained Butler, Fairman and Seufert, Inc. (BF&S) by contacting 317-713-4615 or via email at lhalloran@bfsengr.com. BF&S will distribute electronic copies of the Request for Proposals Guidelines and place Respondents on a Planholders List. RFP Amendments will only be sent to, and responses will only be accepted by, prospective Respondents which appear on the Planholders List. No Respondent may withdraw their proposal within a period of 60 days following the date set for the receiving of proposals. The Owner reserves the right to retain any and all proposals for a period of not more than 60 days and said proposal shall remain in full force and effect during said time.
