REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR EXTERMINATING SERVICES The Housing Authority of the Borough of Cliffside Park is seeking proposals for exterminating services for its (2) high rise Senior Citizen Public Housing Buildings and (1) One story Community Center located at 500 & 550 Gorge Road Complex, as well as 215 Riverview Avenue Affordable Housing Building. 215 Riverview Avenue is a building consisting of 18 apartments, attached garages, and a laundry room. Building 500 has 254 apartments with a large community room, laundry room, garbage rooms, kitchen facility and Housing Authority offices. All food is prepared offsite and kitchens are primarily used for reheating foods. Building 550 has 100 apartments, exercise room, laundry room, community room, garbage room, file and maintenance rooms on the ground floor. PAL Community Center located in between both buildings is a one story building. -Monthly exterminating of approximately 80 apartments (on an as needed basis) -Monthly exterminating of all common areas, i.e., laundry rooms, garbage rooms on each floor, maintenance rooms, and office areas in buildings. -Monthly exterminating for Community Center. -Bi-Annual bed bug inspection with certified dog (354 apartments, common areas, and offices inspected). -Bed bug exterminating services on an as needed basis. Targeted apartments/Surrounding apartments. Service for above shall be for Roach, Rodent Service, and Bed Bugs. Contract to run from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
