REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE OLEAN PUBLIC LIBRARY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Olean Public Library will receive sealed proposals for Construction Management Services at, or prior to, 2:00 P.M. on November 3, 2025. The Request for Proposal ("RFP") Documents may be obtained by email by contacting: director@oleanlibrary.org Proposals will be opened on the stated date, but will not be read aloud. There will be no discussion at the time of the opening of the proposals. Proposals are irrevocable for a minimum period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the proposal opening. A proposal may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled by a proposer for the 60-calendar day period following the time and date designated for the receipt of proposals without the consent of the Library.
