REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #26-01 – Tierra Contenta backbone infrastructure Homewise, Inc., a New Mexico 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation, requests competitive sealed qualifications-based for the construction of backbone infrastructure to serve Phase 3A of Tierra Contenta, a master-planned community in southwest Santa Fe, New Mexico. The scope of work shall include earthwork, stormwater improvements, retaining walls, water utilities, sewer utilities, grading, paving, signage, and striping. Proposals must be submitted via email by 5:00pm Mountain Time on Friday, July 31, 2026. An optional pre-proposal conference will be held online on Wednesday, July 8 at 3:00pm Mountain Time.
