REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE (AMI) SUPPLY Sealed Proposals for the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Supply, Dennis, MA project will be received until 1:00 p.m. eastern prevailing time on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Proposals shall be submitted electronically at www.Projectdog.com. Each Proposal shall be made up of a Technical (Non-Price) Proposal and a Price Proposal, the latter of which shall be on the form included in this RFP. The Technical Proposal and Price Proposal shall each be contained in and submitted in separate PDFs. RFP documents are available online at www.Projectdog.com. Each Proposal shall also be accompanied by a Proposal security in the form of a bid bond or certified, treasurer's, or cashier's check in the amount of 5 percent of the value of the Proposal. The Proposal security must be enclosed with the Price Proposal separate from the Offeror's Technical Proposal. All Addenda must be acquired electronically at www.Projectdog.com. Any amendment to the RFP shall be issued through written Addenda and posted to the Projectdog website accompanied by e-mail notification to every individual or firm on record as having downloaded the RFP documents. In general and without limitation, the work to be done under this Contract will include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing and implementing a complete Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system, including hardware, software, training, and support services; and furnishing meter interface units (MIUs) and water meters compatible with the AMI system as described in the RFP. It is anticipated that the Owner will begin requesting delivery of water meters and MIUs in or about December 2026. The final schedule for delivery of equipment specified herein is subject to change based on the requirements of the Owner. Delivery of water meters and MIUs to fulfill the totals shown on the Price Proposal Form shall be made upon request of the Owner over the three-year contract duration. The procurement and award of a Contract shall be subject to Chapter 30B, § 6, of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as last revised.
