REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR PUBLIC HOUSING INSPECTION SERVICES The Medford Housing Authority formally requests competitive sealed proposals from qualified proposers to conduct annual and special property inspections for both federal and state public housing properties. Federal property inspections are to be completed in accordance with HUD NSPIRE Guidelines. State properties are to be completed in compliance with the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code. The estimated cost is $40,000.00 annually. Contract shall be for three (3) years. The RFP Package will be available at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026. All proposals shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Three (3) copies of technical and price proposals and electronic copy on a thumb drive must be sealed (in separate envelopes). The Medford Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, whole or in part, to waive formalities or irregularities in the proposals and make awards deemed in the best interest of the MHA and the public.
