REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ("RFP") FOR Wide-Area Network Services and High Speed Internet Services - Category I WAN and High Speed Internet Services E-RATE FUNDING YR 2026 I. OVERVIEW A. Introduction and Purpose The Anderson Union High School District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified authorized resellers ("Reseller") for the acquisition of Wide-Area Network, and High Speed Internet Services as eligible under the Universal Service School and Libraries (SLD) Eligible Services List and subsequent rulings. This acquisition shall be for services according to the specifications set forth herein and will apply to funding year 2026. These RFP depend on funding from the Federal E-Rate Program. The establishing E-Rate Form 470 numbers are #260009177 (WAN) and 260008448 (ISP). Vendors are required to participate and be in full compliance with all current and future requirements issued by the Schools and Libraries Division of the Universal Service Corporation ("SLD") for participation in the E-Rate Program. Any awards under these RFPs shall be made to the qualified proposer whose proposal meets the evaluation standards in the RFPs and whose proposal will be most advantageous to the District with price and all other factors considered. Responding entities must have a valid and active Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and Federal Registration Number (FCC-FRN).
