REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Shelter, Support & Services (SS&S), located in Morris County, New Jersey, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for a building expansion project consisting of a 3,400-square-foot first-floor addition and substantial renovations to the existing second floor. Proposals shall include all labor, materials, subcontractors, and related trades necessary to complete the project. Permit fees shall be excluded from the proposal. Interested bidders may obtain bid documents by contacting Ryan Sperber, Facilities Manager, via email at facilities@jbws.org. • Contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) due by June 22, 2026 • Proposals due by July 3, 2026 • Successful bidder anticipated to be notified within ten (10) business days following receipt of all proposals, on or about July 17, 2026 • Construction anticipated to commence on or about August 1, 2026, in accordance with the construction schedule • Project completion anticipated by June 2027, in accordance with the construction schedule SS&S reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
