REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Region 16 ESC will accept proposals on items in the following categories until 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2025. RFP 2026 Texas Center for Student Supports (TCSS) Conference Pursuant to the Texas Education Code, Region 16 ESC shall consider the following in determining to whom to award this contract: 1) The purchase price. 50%; 2) The reputation of the vendor and the vendor's goods or services. 10%; 3) The quality of the vendor's goods or services. 15%; 4) The extent to which the goods or services meet Region 16 ESC's needs. 15%; 5) The vendor's past relationship with Region 16 ESC. 5%; 6) The total long-term cost to Region 16 ESC to acquire the vendor's goods or services. 1%; 7) The impact on the ability of Region 16 ESC to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses; 1%; 8) Information submitted by the vendor as a response to this RFP. 3% Interested vendors should contact the Region 16 ESC business office at 5800 Bell Street or call Andrew Pickens at 806.677.5040.
