REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS City of Davenport 1 South Allapaha Avenue Davenport, FL 33837 PROJECT: Jamestown, Lake Play and Wilson Park Improvement Project BID#: RFP 2025-001 The City of Davenport Parks Recreation Department is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Design-Builders to provide turnkey design, engineering, permitting and construction for the City's three (3) Parks. Jamestown Park - Located at 101 West Murphy Street Davenport FL. 33837. Lake Play Park - Located at 1 South Allapaha Ave. Davenport, FL. 33837 Wilson Park - Located at 5 State St. Davenport, FL 33837. The City of Davenport will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 o'clock pm local time on October 24, 2025 at the City Clerk's office, 1 South Allapaha Avenue, Davenport Florida 33837. All proposals submitted in response to the Request for Proposals must be received at the City Clerk's office, clearly marked as "Request for Proposals – Jamestown, Lake Play and Wilson Park Improvement Project" and addressed to: City Clerk Rachel Castillo, City of Davenport, 1 South Allapaha Avenue, Davenport Florida 33837.
