REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Menominee County, Michigan is accepting proposals for renovating the exterior of the Menominee County Courthouse. The primary objectives of this project include restoring and preparing the substrate exterior surfaces of the building for painting or sealing, fixing or replacing exterior decorative trim, and painting or sealing the exterior surfaces. An on-site visit is required to submit a proposal for this project. Proposals will be received at the below address until Friday, February 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST. All proposals must be physically received by the due date. Proposals not received by the due date will not be accepted. Emailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted for this project.
