REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that Ajax Building Company, LLC will receive Bids for Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Architectural Woodwork, Waterproofing, Standing Seem Roof, Applied Fire Protection, Hollow Metal & Wood Doors/Frames, Door Hardware, Overhead Coiling Doors, Specialty Folding Doors, Interior & Exterior Storefront, Glass & Glazing, Metal Framing, Drywall/Gypsum board, Tile Flooring, Acoustical Ceilings & Wall Panels, Sealed & Polished Concrete Flooring, Carpet & Rubber Flooring, Paint, Signage, Toilet Partitions, Accessories, Casework & Countertops, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications, and Fire Alarm Improvements of the SW Public Safety Annex for the City of Gainesville. Bids will be received until the date and time indicated in the Project Bid Solicitation. Bidders must be pre-qualified with Ajax Building to submit a responsive bid, among other requirements.
