REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TEMPLETON MUNICIPAL LIGHT AND WATER Templeton Municipal Light & Water is requesting sealed bids for cable, messenger and hardware components used in aerial spacer cable systems. This procurement is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is subject to federal procurement, Buy American Act (BA), Davis Bacon Act (DBA) requirements, and Massachusetts procurement requirements for construction projects. In accordance with Templeton Municipal Light & Water Plant Specification, copies of which, including Proposal Form and Instructions to Bidders, are available weekdays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm from the Templeton Municipal Light and Water Plant office, 86 Bridge St., Baldwinville, MA 01436 and by electronic mail (send request to tberry@templetonlight.com). Proposals must be received at Templeton Municipal Light & Water Plant's office by 2:00 pm (EST) August 28, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read. Templeton Municipal Light & Water specifically reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any irregularities or informalities or to accept any proposal, which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Templeton Municipal Light & Water Plant and the Town of Templeton, Massachusetts.
