REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – QUALIFIED ENGINEERING FIRMS NYS ENVIRONMENTAL FACILITIES CORPORATION The Town of Urbana is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms for professional services related to NYSEFC Environmental Planning Grant (EPG) No. 2274. The Town has been awarded an Environmental Planning Grant in the amount of $42,000, with an $8,400 local match, to prepare an engineering report evaluating alternatives for extending public sanitary sewer service to the Keuka Lake waterfront area. The report must comply with NYSEFC Engineering Report Guidelines and include analysis of sewer alternatives and resiliency considerations. Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. SOQs must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on February 6, 2026. Submissions may be electronic (PDF) or hard copy. Cost proposals shall be submitted under separate cover. Responses must be marked "REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING – EPG Sewer System Improvements Study."
