REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ# 3140004602 Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Residential Reconstructions and Rehabilitation Services The Mississippi Development Authority ("MDA") will accept sealed proposals for the purpose of soliciting sealed qualifications from qualified providers for the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Residential Reconstructions and Rehabilitation Services in support of the Mississippi Housing Recovery Programs. Qualifications will be accepted until Friday, July 31, 2026 at 12:00 pm Central Time.
