REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) NORTHWESTERN R-I SCHOOL DISTRICT SECURED ENTRY VESTIBULE PROJECT The Northwestern R-I School District is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Management as Agent (CMA) Services and Professional Design Services for a Secured Entry Vestibule project. In accordance with applicable provisions of Missouri law governing the procurement of professional services, the District is seeking separate statements of qualifications for the following: Construction Management as Agent (CMA) Services Professional Design Services (Architect/Engineer) Firms may submit for one or both services; however, a separate submission is required for each service and will be evaluated independently. The selected firms will assist the District with planning, design, and construction of improvements intended to enhance building security and controlled access. Submissions shall include, at a minimum, the firm's qualifications, relevant experience with similar projects, key personnel, project approach, and any other information deemed pertinent to the selection process.
