REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS
Northside & Southside Middle School Equipment Replacement
Muncie Community Schools will accept sealed bids from qualified vendors for the following project located in New Muncie, Indiana:
Bid Package 1 – Food Service Equipment
The deadline for receipt of all proposals is June 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM (local time). Proposals will be accepted at the following address: Muncie School Corporation, 4301 South Cowan Road, Muncie, IN 47302.
Bids will be opened immediately following the submission deadline at the same location. Instructions for submitting a sealed bid are included in the bid documents.

Each bid must include bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days following the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
