REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONTINUING CONTRACT ENGINEERING SERVICES – RFQ2026-03 The Town of Grand Ridge, Florida is accepting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from engineering consulting firms interested in providing "Continuing Contract" engineering design, consultation and supervision services for various projects qualifying under Florida's Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055 F.S. Firms will be selected based on qualifications in accordance with the CCNA, with an emphasis on: Industrial wastewater regulation; Standard Specifications for construction of utility facilities; Inspection of utility facility construction; Underground Utilities; Stormwater and Flood Plain Management; Civil Engineering; Roadway Design; Grant Management Assistance; Architecture; and Electrical Engineering. One original of the SOQ and Letter of Interest, five hard copies, and one electronic copy in pdf format on a USB thumb-drive of the SOQs from interested firms must be delivered at or before 2:00 P.M. on June 11, 2026, addressed to the Town of Grand Ridge, Florida, c/o Natalie Curry, PO Box 180 (Mailing Address), 2086 Porter Avenue (Courier), Grand Ridge, FL 32442. A copy of the SOQ Package may be picked up at Town Hall at 2086 Porter Avenue, Grand Ridge, FL 32442 or an electronic copy may be obtained by contacting Town Clerk, Michelle Burnett via email at clerk@grandridgefl.org.
