REQUEST FOR SUBCONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS Burkhardt Construction, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Boca Raton, is seeking to qualify subcontractors/vendors who have not previously pre-qualified with our firm. It is anticipated that bid packages will be available for the Rehabilitation of the 32nd St. Seawall in April of 2026 and it is anticipated that bid packages will be available for the Jeffery St. Seawall Replacement in the 4th quarter of 2026. The following Subcontractors/vendors trades are being solicited by Burkhardt Construction, Inc.: Site Work, Seawall Construction, and Asphalt Milling & Paving.
