RESTORE Program
LEGAL NOTICE: The First Ward Action Council, Inc. ("FWAC") is the recipient of $350,000 of grant funds from NYS Homes and Community Renewal's RESTORE Program and has officially launched its new RESTORE Program. FWAC is now accepting applications from interested senior homeowners in Broome County needing emergency repairs. Please note that income eligibility requirements and other program guidelines apply. Per FWAC organizational policies and RESTORE grant guidelines, opportunities will be provided for the purchase of goods and services from regional business enterprises as well as certified minority and/or women-owned business enterprises ("M/WBE"). Additionally, FWAC intends to provide the same opportunities to certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses ("SDVOB"). FWAC has been soliciting and will continue to solicit for a variety of professional and construction-related services through the term of the grant program.
