REVISED MEETING NOTICE BOARD OF EDUCATION GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN The Board of Education will be meeting in the Green Bay Area Public School District Office Building located at 200 S. Broadway, Green Bay, WI 54303. Open session meetings will take place in room #331 and closed session portions of meetings will take place in room #337 (unless otherwise noted), both of which are located on the 3rd floor. Some individuals will be joining via zoom and the meeting will be live streamed broadcasted on the Green Bay Area Public School District YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrBxEp_9xzauvGyUydBvV9g. These meetings are meetings of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and are not to be considered public community meetings. There is a time for public participation during the Work Session meeting as indicated in the agenda. Members of the public wishing to address the Board may speak during the public forum or provide written comments in accordance with the procedures posted on the District's website (https://www.gbaps.org/aboutgbaps/board-of-education/board-meeting-protocol) and state law. Due to Wisconsin Open Meetings Laws the Board may not be able to address comments made during public input. When appropriate the Board may request the administration to reach out to a citizen regarding a concern they may have. Any special needs or any requests for accommodations related to accessing the meeting should be sent to kllehr@gbaps.org at least 24-hours in advance of the meeting. This would include any person for whom it would be burdensome or infeasible to use the primary method(s) of remote access established by the District. The Agenda will be available on the District's Web Site www.gbaps.org on the Friday preceding the meeting, the Agenda is incorporated by reference as part of this Notice. REGULAR BOARD MEETING Monday, February 23, 2026 Closed Session - 5:00 p.m. Open Session - 6:00 p.m. The meeting will convene in Open Session at 5:00 p.m. with a motion to go into Closed Session in room #337 pursuant to: Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, to wit: potential litigation matter(s) regarding the District; and Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(d), to consider strategies for crime detection or prevention, to wit: to review and discuss sensitive school safety protocols and revisions to same. The Board will reconvene in Open Session at 6:00 p.m. in room #331 pursuant to Section 19.85(2), Wisconsin Statute to consider the balance of the agenda which will include a Public Forum and discussion on Superintendent Update, Clean Energy Advisory Committee Update, Legislative Update, and discussion and action as deemed necessary on Consent Agenda, Adoption of Resolution in Support of We Love our Public Schools Week, Notice of Change in Adopted Budget, Approval of Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Report, Acceptance of School Security Drill Evaluations, Revisions to Board of Education Policies & Rules in the 600 & 700 Series of Policies related to Fiscal Management and Support Services, Adoption of Board of Education Exhibit 732 - Use of Unmanned Aircrafts (Drones) Request, and Adoption of Board of Education Exhibit 823 (2) - Parent/Guardian Annual Public Records Notice Under Wis.
