The project will consist of removal and disposal of existing composition shingles and underlayment, and installing new roofing per plans and specifications at the complexes. Bid documents will be available the morning of September 15, 2025. If the bid amount is greater than $100,000.00 then the contractor shall provide a Bid Bond in the amount no less than 5%, and a Performance Bond for the contract amount.
