RFP #2025-434 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Proposals, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the ONEIDA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT until 3:00pm, local time on October 3, 2025, for: Implementation of the Leading in Lead Grant Agreement Between the Housing Trust Fund Corporation and Oneida County RFP- #2025-434 Proposals must be submitted by mail as a hard copy or via email as a single PDF to dgilmore@oneidacountyny.gov, or as a single PDF on a USB drive to: Daniel W. Gilmore, Ph.D., MPH Director, Oneida County Health Department 185 Genesee St. Utica, NY 13501 Any questions concerning the RFP must be submitted in writing to Daniel W. Gilmore by no later than September 6, 2025 at 3 pm. Copies of the RFP may be examined at no expense at the Department of Health, or downloaded from the Oneida Count website at https://oneidacountyny.gov/departments/purchasing/rfps/ The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
