RFP Documents may also be downloaded from the Oneida County website at http://www.oneidacountyny.gov. (Public Notice Section). Copies of the RFP documents may also be examined at no expense at the Oneida County Division of Purchasing, 800 Park Avenue, 7th Floor, Utica, NY 13501. Proposals in response to the RFP must be submitted electronically in Adobe PDF format.
