RFP 2026-004 Executive Hangar #4 Lease The City of Naples Airport Authority (the "Authority"), a dependent special district and political subdivision of the State of Florida (the "Authority") will receive proposals from qualified parties ("Respondent") interested in a 30-year lease of Executive Hangar #4 ("Hangar") and its associated land and facilities (the Hangar and its associated land and facilities is collectively, the "Premises") located at 404 Citation Point, Naples, FL 34104. It is the intent of the Authority to enter into agreements with one (1) qualified party interested in the 30-year lease of the Hangar and its associated land and facilities located at 404 Citation Point at Naples Municipal Airport in Naples, Florida for aeronautical operations. Request for Proposal (RFP) packages must be received by the City of Naples Airport Authority at the General Aviation Terminal, 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL 34104 no later than 2 PM (EST) on November 3, 2025. All proposals will be publicly opened at this time and date on the 2nd Floor, Larson Conference Room. A Non-Mandatory Site Visit will be held at 10am (EST) on October 13, 2025 at General Aviation Terminal, 160 Aviation Drive North, 2nd Floor, Larson Conference Room, Naples, FL 34104. The Authority adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access to Airport services, programs, and activities.
